In order to become a Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP) or Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD) in the State of California, several training requirements that must be accomplished. One of the training requirements is attending a multi-day training geared specifically towards educating QSP and QSD candidates on the ins and outs of the Construction General Permit.
